TUportal for Alumni

AccessNet

As a Temple graduate, you’re eligible for a free AccessNet account through the Temple University Alumni Association. AccessNet enables you to access Temple’s many online resources, including TUportal.

If you’re a new or recent Temple graduate, you’ll automatically retain your AccessNet account for one year after graduation. Your account will remain active provided you regularly change your password when prompted.

If you graduated over a year ago, or haven’t kept your AccessNet active by regularly changing your password, you’ll need to submit a new request. Provided you successfully complete the self-service identity verification process, your AccessNet account will be created immediately.

TUmail

Temple University discontinued alumni access to Microsoft 365 services, including TUmail in May 2025. Alumni were notified in batches, approximately one month before their service was deactivated, and were directed to the TUmail Retirement for Alumni webpage for resources and support.

Temple alumni can now log in to the Alumni website (to browse the alumni directory, submit and read class notes, and more!) with their AccessNet credentials. This means you no longer need to maintain two separate logins. Read our FAQ to learn more.
