Temple University alumni will have access to career coaching services offered through the Temple University Career Center for five years postgraduation (e.g., May 2020 to May 2025).

The Job Search Accelerator program offers a virtual, four-module process that walks you through all the steps of the job search process:
Finding Your Career Identity and Direction
Resume and LinkedIn Profile Building
Job Search Tactics, Organization and Networking
Interviews and Salary Negotiation
There are two ways to participate in the Job Search Accelerator:
You can participate in a live, synchronous, eight-week, cohort experience with fellow job seekers. This program includes weekly check-ins, discussion board conversations and live Q&A sessions with program staff and fellow participants. The next cohort launches in spring 2026. Interested in participating?
If you’d prefer not to wait for the next live cohort, you can access all the content via the Job Search Accelerator–On Demand system. This allows you to proceed through the content at your own pace, focusing on whatever elements you need most. Based on when you sign up, you’ll receive a few check-ins from program staff to see how your search is progressing and field any questions you have.
Temple has partnered with the career change experts at Mission Collaborative to bring you the Alumni Career Design Program, an online program to help Temple alumni like you get the clarity and plan you need to find a fulfilling career that fits you.
Whether you’re early-, mid- or late-career, this program will give you the structure and accountability you need to make the breakthrough progress you’ve been struggling to achieve on your own, while fitting into your busy schedule.
